No account, no sign-up
You can browse and order without creating an account.
Your cart stays in your browser
The guppies you add to your cart are saved only in your own browser, so they are still there when you come back. We cannot see your cart until you send it to us.
When you send an order
Pressing the WhatsApp button opens a message with your order and the name, mobile number and town or address you typed. Nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp. We use these details only to confirm, pack and deliver your order and to reply to you. WhatsApp is run by Meta, and its own privacy policy applies to the message.
Payments
If you pay by UPI, the payment is handled by your UPI app and bank. We see the amount, the payer name and the UPI reference in our account, and we never see your bank login or PIN.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you across other websites. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, keeps short technical logs (such as IP addresses) to keep the site secure and working.
