Terms of sale

Prices

Prices are in Indian rupees and are per pair (1 male + 1 female) unless the option says otherwise. Prices and stock can change; the price we confirm on WhatsApp is the price you pay.

Your order

Sending your cart on WhatsApp is an order request. It becomes an order once we reply to confirm the fish, the total and the delivery or pickup details.

Payment

Pay only after we confirm your order, using the payment method we agree on WhatsApp.

Live fish

Every guppy is a living animal. Colour and fin shape vary from fish to fish and change with age, water and food, so your fish may look a little different from the photos. Photos marked “Sample photo” show the type of guppy, not the exact fish. Ask us for a photo or video before you pay.

NGF Special guppies

Our NGF Special Dumbo Ear and Dragon guppies are sold for display tanks, not for breeding.

Free pair offer

If your name is Naveen, you get 1 pair of guppies free with your order. Type your name in the order form and the free pair is added to your WhatsApp order message.
