How your order is confirmed

When you send your order on WhatsApp, we reply to confirm which fish are available, the total including any delivery charge, and how and when you will receive them. You pay only after we confirm.

When your fish arrive

Open the bag away from bright light and let the fish adjust to your tank water slowly. Our step-by-step acclimatising guide shows how. If anything looks wrong, read our refund and cancellation policy and message us straight away.
